ABOUT US

Following qualification in 1982, Gary Hardwick bought into the practice “Jameson & Smith” and the practice became “Jameson & Hardwick”. After 4 years of growth the practice moved to its current position on Rossall Road and in 1991 was refitted to include a much larger reception and frame display area and the practice was re-named “G R Hardwick (Optometrists)”. The practice in Lytham was opened in 1997.

Since then the team has steadily grown to include 4 Optometrists and 4 Dispensing Opticians in order to attend to the ever increasing volume of patients we now see. The practice prides itself on its professionalism and is at the forefront of utilising new technology (such as Optomap Retinal Screening) whenever it becomes available.

New patients are always welcomed and rest assured that you will be given the same standard of eyecare that we strive to provide for everyone we see; from the latest in eye examination technology, to the supply of the most advanced lenses and frames.
