Contact lenses are ALWAYS an option, in fact sometimes it is only contact lenses that will do! We have many patients referred to our clinics from the hospital eye service with heavily distorted eyes due to injury, disease or post surgical distortion who can only obtain useful vision with contact lenses (See our irregular lens section).
There are hundreds if not thousands of designs available; with perseverance we could find the design for you!
In this new age of technological breakthroughs it is now possible to have lenses individually designed digitally. We can measure the intricacies of your corneal curvature using a corneal topographer and digitally model a lens to perfectly fit that shape. This adds to both the comfort and visual performance of the lenses.
